How does your model work?

We work on a Dead Stock Product Exchange Model. Instead of paying high marketing fees, sellers can provide unsold or dead stock products in exchange for promotion and listing services.

What are the charges?

We offer 3 packages:

  • Promotion Only → Dead stock worth ₹6,000

  • Website + Promotion → ₹5,000 + products worth ₹6,000

  • Premium Website + Promotion → ₹7,000 + products worth ₹6,000

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

  • Package 1 → No cash (only product exchange)

  • Package 2 → ₹5,000 + product exchange

  • Package 3 → ₹7,000 + products worth ₹6,000

What is the duration of the service?

All packages are valid for 6 months.

What do I get as a seller?

As a seller, you get:

  • Product listing (up to 25 products)

  • Google Ads & Instagram promotion

  • Website exposure

  • Opportunity to clear dead stock

  • WhatsApp support

How many products can I list?

You can list up to 25 products under all packages.

Can I change my products later?

Yes, you can update or replace your products:

  • Up to 25 products can be changed

  • Maximum 3 times within 6 months

  • Changes allowed only after 1 month from previous update

What kind of products can I provide for exchange?

You can provide:

  • Unsold inventory

  • Dead stock products

  • Slow-moving items Products must be in sellable condition and good quality.

When do I need to provide products for exchange?

Products must be provided before the promotion starts.

Do you guarantee sales?

No, TheUrbanHaat does not guarantee sales. We provide marketing and visibility, but results depend on product demand, pricing, and competition.

Who handles delivery and shipping?

The seller is responsible for:

  • Packaging

  • Shipping

  • Delivery

  • Customer handling

Will all my products be promoted?

We actively promote selected top-performing products. Other products remain listed on the website.

How will I receive orders?

Orders or inquiries will be shared with you via WhatsApp or direct communication.

What if I want to stop in between?

Once the agreement starts, no refund or product return is applicable.
